Rentals

We are a 35 seat microcinema that can hold 45 people standing with a connected lounge area that can hold 55 people standing. We can host screenings, birthday parties, workshops, game nights, etc! Every rental will include an on-site projectionist.
A deposit of 1/2 the total rental cost is required to hold the date. The deposit is non-refundable within 15 days of the event. The balance is due the day of the event, before it begins.
All rental blocks include both set-up and tear-down time. Please keep this in mind when booking.
You are welcomed to host a ticketed or non-ticketed event. Tickets can be sold through Spacy's ticketing system or an alternative platform.

Off peak hours is $50 an hour for and $80 for off peak hours with a two hour minimum. We are willing to negotiate with your budget!
Peak Hours:
Thursday: 6pm-2am
Friday: 9pm-2am
Saturday 3pm-2am
Off peak:
Monday: 6pm-2am
Tuesday: 6pm-2am
Wednesday: 6pm-2am
Saturday: 9am-3pm
Sunday: 9am-5pm

We can play any digital file, 2K & 4K blu-rays.
Our projector is a Samsung Premiere Ultra Short Throw and our audio system composes of a Sonos Arc, Sub, and two Sonos Eras as rear speakers.

You are able to bring your own food and/or beverages for your event. We do have our own beverages and concessions at the box office for purchase.
